2019 Easton Beast Pro Youth Bat Review

SUMMARY: The 2019 Easton Beast Pro improves upon their best USA bat model from last year with a few modifications designed to give youth hitters the highest levels of productive offensive output this season. Similar to last year’s edition, the 2 5/8” barrel will feature Easton’s ATAC Advanced Thermal Alloy Construction which is the strongest and most energy potent aluminum the company has ever manufactured. Capping the top of the barrel is a newly configured Speed End Cap. This component dramatically improves the barrel’s response and flexibility that is generated upon ball to bat impact. Additionally, this end cap produces a deafening ping sound all youth batters and parents love to hear. The Beast Pro -5/-8 drop also comes with Easton’s premiere grip, the Lizard Skin grip tape for extra cushion and comfort. Lastly, the USA bat houses a pro-balanced swing weight meaning this single piece alloy construction youth bat will place extra mass into the sweet spot for more pop behind every fundamental level swing. The 2019 Easton Beast Pro -5/-8 drop is a solid choice for older ball players trying to add some pop to their swing without compromising any stability that could tamper with the circumvented pro-balanced swing weight. The one-piece balanced design provides a heavier swing weight for more mass behind the ball at contact.
